Refund & Return Policy

You have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of receiving your item(s). To be eligible for a full return, the item(s) must be in the same condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


On the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at In your message body, please provide us with your:

1. Order number
2. Brief description of the problem
3. Photos of the Issue

Please kindly note:

Any damaged items that have signs of artificial damage will be declined.We will cover the shipping fee if you choose to return the defective items.

You may don’t want the items any more for some reason when you get your items. We understand and accept the returns. Please kindly check the policies:

1. We don't refund original shipping charges.
2. Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one.
3. There is no service charge but you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return.


Once your returned item(s) is/are received and assessed, a notification email will be sent to the email address used to register the Letsfit account.

After which, when eligible, the refund will be processed and credit automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

In case of a delayed or missing refund, please contact the payment provider company of the payment method used for the purchase. It may take longer for payment providers to process the refund.

1. The returns & refunds policy does not apply to sale items, gift cards, or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
2. Do not return items to the address on the original package or the company address. Please contact to get the shipping address.
3. We do not offer exchanges or price-matching at this time. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit us to submit a new order for your new items.
